As the clinic expanded, managing patient records across spreadsheets, paper files, and disconnected e-software systems became a barrier to effective care delivery. Clinicians lacked a unified, real-time view of each patient’s journey - from intake history to prescriptions, assessment reports, therapy notes, and progress summaries. The fragmentation increased the risk of errors, delayed clinical decisions, and forced providers to spend more time retrieving data than delivering care. To address this, the clinic sought a centralized, intelligent dashboard system to consolidate patient history, streamline documentation, and surface key clinical insights at the point of care, all while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

We developed a customizable Clinical Dashboard Suite integrated into the clinic’s existing practice management system. The suite was enhanced with AI-driven analytics to support clinical decision-making. It included three core dashboards. The Patient History Dashboard showed intake forms, medical history, assessment results, therapy notes, and diagnostic summaries. AI helped highlight important trends and anomalies in patient progress. The Prescription Overview consolidated medication records, dosage timelines, refill alerts, and psychiatrist inputs. AI generated alerts for potential medication interactions and adherence risks. The Clinical Summary View provided a real-time snapshot of mood trends, therapy milestones, upcoming sessions, and open clinical tasks. AI analyzed mood tracking data and therapy notes to predict patient needs. These dashboards together offered a visually intuitive and structured view of the patient journey, improving clinical accuracy and coordination.
