We developed a real-time auto-scoring engine that replicated the original logic and thresholds, integrated conditional branching and skip logic, and included automated error checks to flag missing or unusual inputs. To ensure full security and compliance, the solution was deployed on a HIPAA-compliant cloud platform with encrypted storage and role-based access controls. Each logic path and scoring rule was meticulously validated by the clinical team. Additionally, we enabled digital bulk reporting, impossible with paper-based tests, and built a scalable architecture to support future assessments and dashboards. The digital solution was successfully implemented across all six practice locations in just three months.
