The system supports multiple user roles with secure authentication and authorization, ensuring controlled access based on responsibilities. It captures plant-wise, block-wise, and machine-wise data at regular intervals, enabling users to track performance, spot issues early, and make timely decisions. Built for rugged factory environments, the tablet-based interface reduces space usage and eliminates issues caused by drug powder interfering with traditional computer hardware.
